Booking Terms & Conditions

Dubai Dune Buggy, ATV & Desert Adventure Experiences

 

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Drive The Thrill for Desert Tours, Dune Buggy Experiences, Quad Biking Tours, and related desert activities in Dubai.

 

1- Operational & Safety Conditions

All tours are operated subject to:

· Weather conditions

· Operational, safety, or security considerations

· Force majeure events

· Technical faults in dune buggies, quad bikes, or 4x4 vehicles

· Government authority regulations

· Any circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control

The Company reserves the right to modify, delay, reschedule, or cancel any Dubai desert tour when necessary to ensure guest safety.

 

 

2-Company Cancellation & Amendments

The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend any tour details without prior notice.

In the event of cancellation initiated by the Company:

· The guest will be informed in advance (where possible).

· Guests will be offered an alternative Dubai desert experience.

If no alternative is suitable, a full refund will be issued (subject to payment having been received).

 

3-Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies:

·Cancellation 72 hours prior to the tour: 100% refund

·Cancellation 48 hours prior to the tour: 50% refund

·Cancellation within 24 hours of the tour: No refund (100% no-show charges apply)

All refunds are subject to standard processing timelines.

 

4-Identification Requirements

All guests must show:

·Original Passport Soft copy

·UAE National ID soft copy

An indemnity waiver form must be signed at the desert check-in location before commencing any dune buggy or quad biking activity.

 

5-Security & Indemnity Requirements

Guests must:

·Sign a declaration confirming they do not suffer from serious medical conditions

·Complete indemnity documentation prior to participation

Failure to comply will result in denial of participation without refund.

 

6-Pregnancy Policy

For safety reasons, pregnant women are strictly not permitted to participate in dune buggy, quad biking, or desert adventure tours.

 

7- Age Policy – ATV & Dune Buggy Tours in Dubai

 

·5 to 16 years: Allowed as passengers accompanied by parent/guardian

·16 years: Allowed to ride quad bikes only (no dune buggy driving)

·18 years and above: Permitted to drive dune buggies or quad bikes with a valid national or international driving license
·Guests under 20 years old may drive the buggy only if they hold a valid driving license and meet the safety requirements.

·Guests under 20 years old may drive the buggy only if they hold a valid driving license and meet the safety requirements.

Driving license (Soft copy) verification is mandatory at check-in.

 

8-Medical & Fitness Declaration

Guests must declare that they do not suffer from:

·Serious heart conditions

·Severe knee or spinal problems

·Recent major surgery

·Back problems affecting mobility

·Physical or mental disabilities affecting control or judgment

·Pregnancy

Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited from operating any quad bike or dune buggy.

 

9- ABP (Able Body Person) Criteria

Passengers must be physically strong, healthy, and capable of handling off-road terrain conditions safely.

 

 

10- Conditions of Carriage

The Company reserves the right to:

·Refuse participation to any person deemed unsafe

·Refuse carriage of any item considered hazardous

·Deny access if behavior endangers staff or other guests

Safety remains our top priority in all Dubai desert adventure operations.

 

11- Policy Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

12- Insurance Coverage

The Company maintains comprehensive fleet insurance

 

13- Compensation for Damage to Equipment

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to:

·Dune Buggies

·Quad Bikes

·4x4 Vehicles

·Equipment or desert property

By booking a Dubai dune buggy tour, quad biking experience, or desert adventure activity, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
