  • The First step to start with, You need to download the MTC App from Play Store (Android) and ITune (IOS) Once downloaded you can login through QR code or through Booking Ref Number and Pin Code which is embed in Voucher. You can have access to your booking, Tickets, Emergency Contact Number.

Search with your Booking Reference Number, now click on the ‘Edit’ option to amend your details. Once it’s done, the confirmed changes will be automatically reflected in Operation Report. Here you have two options for Payment ,
UAE and International Resident and India Resident whether to make payment in AED Currency (United Emirates Dirham or INR Currency (Indian Ruppee)
The System support multiple payment options Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking

You will get instant credit by paying through Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking

If you are UAE or International Resident you need to select respective payment gateway.

Charges of 2.5 % will be applicable on total charge

If you are India Resident you can pay by Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking

If you pay through credit card, payment gateway charges of 1.8 %will be applicable.

If you pay through debit card, payment gateway charges of 1.3 %will be applicable.

If you pay through Net Banking, payment gateway charges of AED 3 will be applicable.

On Top up selection option, you will be redirected to Bank website to verify your payment

Once the payment is successful you will receive Thank you Page confirming the topup and your amount will be credited to your vallet
